HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY CONNOR!!!!!
And Happy 4th of July to everyone else!!!
We began our holiday with none other than the West Jordan, UT 4th of July parade! I got a few pics of everyone hanging out, playing games, waiting for the parade to begin. {umbrella for shade of course because it was HOT that day!}
Grandma Lesa, Brady, Aunt Jenna, Connor, Shawn, {part of} Uncle Jared, and Uncle Steven all playing a few rounds of "Phase 10":
Aunt Ashley with cousin Kayden -
What a cutie!
Grandpa Dave, Uncle Joshua and cousin Parker:
Parker wasn't so sure about me taking his picture...
But he sure enjoyed his cotton candy! :)
Captain America happened to walk by, so we of course had to get a picture of him with the birthday boy! Connor LOVES the Avengers so this was really cool for him!!!
Shawn {squinting in the bright sunshine!}:
Brady:
Connor with Grandpa and Grandma McDougal:
(It's so nice that both sets of Grandparents live so close to each other so we can all be together for different things! Makes it so nice!!)
After that parade we went and walked around the fair for just a few minutes, then got us some lunch. Then it was time for Connor's little birthday party! We went to a place called "Airborne" with some of Emily's family and some of Mike's family. It was a lot of fun! It's a trampoline place that has trampoline's everywhere and foam pits and all sorts of fun things.
Brothers and best buds hanging out after jumping for a while. Aren't they so cute?!?!
They may be cute, but they are also definitely goofy!
Brady wanted a picture of just him, so here ya go!
Such silly kids we have!!
Everyone's favorite activity there was playing a huge game of Dodge-ball!!!
After we got home from there it was time for some more birthday fun! Here's a sneak peak at the cool "Avengers" cake we got for Connor:
Connor LOVED it!!!!
Here he is showing us "Hulk Smash!!!"
Next was time to open the birthday presents!
Emily and the birthday boy!
Connor LOVES chocolate milk! So much in fact that it was one of the only things he asked for for his birthday! So we of course got him the biggest can we could find! As you can see, when he opened it he just loved it!!! :)
And a new bike!!!
After a BBQ dinner (tradition of the 4th of July!) it was time for some cake and ice cream!
Make a wish and blow out the candles...
That night we went to the West Jordan Rodeo and it was so much fun!! And we of course got to watch some fireworks after that. I didn't get any pictures (too busy having fun!) of the rest of the night.
Overall it was a very busy but very fun day!!! Happy Birthday to our wonderful baby Connor!!! Can't believe our "baby" is 4 now!!!
